Commercial

Not all companies or organisations have a permanent Commercial Director.  For them, we are able to offer the strategic, commercial, business development and deal-making expertise that a Commercial Director would provide.  Those companies or organisations might be broadcasters, established production companies, start-ups, digital companies, other content creators or talent agencies.  They may also be brands, media agencies, sports bodies or charities with TV needs.

Executive Compensation​​

We advise television executives on their employment, freelance or other executive contracts, and represent them in the negotiation of these contracts.  These deals can take many forms, ranging from conventional employment arrangements with complex bonus provisions to label deals,  start-ups, first look and overall deals.

Talent Agency & Management

​​​​We act as business managers and agents for talent.  We provide strategic advice on building and monetising their brands, and we use our wide range of global contacts and deal-making experience and expertise to broker and negotiate deals across the international Media landscape.  We operate flexibly and can be engaged on a long term basis or to undertake specific short term mandates.

​We advise creatives on how to protect and monetise their creations, using our in-depth experience of deal-making and technical contractual negotiation at the intersection of intellectual property and the Media.  We are passionate about ensuring creative talent retain as much control as possible over their work and are properly compensated for their creative endeavours.
